neighbourgoods market this saturday and new stock now in

Tomorrow will be our first Saturday of trading at the Neighbourgoods in Woodstock. We are so excited to be a part of this fabulous market and have been stocking up on lovely things all week. We will be selling mostly smaller items, as the bigger ones are a bit difficult to move back and forth, but if a bigger piece is what you are after, our shop will also be open as usual (08h30 - 15h00) Hope to see you there or there!

the fringe arts gallery store at spier contemporary and this weeks new stock at vamp!

We are so excited to be involved in The Fringe Art and Design Store at the Spier Contemporary which is opening at the Cape Town City Hall on the 14 March 2010. We have been busy for the last couple of weeks vamping up some gorgeous furniture which will be on sale there. Admission is free, so get there as soon as you can!

heart and star at the design indaba and this weeks new stock at vamp

If you haven't done so already, you should head off to the Design Indaba at the CTICC this weekend. 260 handpicked creative exhibitors, all proudly South African ... sounds like a great way to spend a day to me!

This week we have been busy preparing some bright and beautiful furniture for display purposes on the "Heart & Star" stand at the DI. The super talented duo behind Heart & Star, Nandi and Christopher have created a fabulously quirky and colourful, makes you wanna smile range of journals, postcards, wrapping paper, tatoos, stickers and gorgeous made-to-order plush dolls to name a few. Check out their  website and do go and visit them at the Design Indaba this weekend, and take a peek at our furniture too!
